How to Navigate Through a Presentation? It’s Easy!

Do you ever find yourself scrolling through your entire presentation just to get to a specific slide? You don’t have to. Here are two handy shortcuts you can use in presentation mode:

Shortcut #1

To go to a specific slide, type its number and then press Enter. For example, if you want to view slide 24, just press 2 and 4, then Enter.

This shortcut is best for shorter presentations where it’s easier to memorize the number of each slide.

Shortcut #2

To display thumbnails of every slide, press the G key during the slide show. When you click on a thumbnail, you will be taken to a full-size view of that slide. This allows you to interactively and seamlessly navigate through your presentation without interruption.

Keep in mind that this shortcut only works in the newer versions of PowerPoint (2013 and up).
